Welcome to Wilstead Village Hall Website
To make a booking at Wilstead Village Hall:
1. Read the Terms and Conditions of Hire
2. Read the Information about the Hall
3. Go to the Online Diary to check availability. Click on date required and fill in the Booking Request Form to make a provisional booking.
4. Please note that on the diary, the one hour shown before and after every booked hiring is for the caretaker use only.
5. Your provisional booking will be received and acknowledged by email by the Admin Team.
6. When your booking has been confirmed by the Admin Team, you will receive an invoice for (1) the refundable deposit which you should pay immediately to secure the date and (2) the full hire fee which should be paid 4 weeks before the hire date.
No Hourly Price increase - HOWEVER . . . . . .
From 1st April 2024 all time spent in the Hall has to be paid for. Therefore all preparation and cleaning up times must be included in your booked session time and paid for.
